First, I want to thank Random House for sending me a free copy of this book. As many of you know, I am a huge Josie Silver fan. I absolutely adored her holiday novel One Day in December and could not wait to read this book.

Brigid Kemmerer did an incredible job of creating a fairytale retelling like no other books I’ve read. The Cursebreaker series starts off with A Curse so Dark and Lonely. We meet Harper, who gets whisked to Emberfalls!
Alison Sanger and Ethan Molloy are the protagonists of this novel. It is told from Alison’s perspective, and we meet her going to school with food poisoning. Why? Well, she and Ethan are rivals at school.
First of all, yes, I own every book Karen M. McManus has published. I have even read them more than once. Even though I read a LOT, I read different authors. So for me, owning an entire collection of works from an author is a big deal.
Three historical books I recommend reading are Cilka’s Journey by Heather Morris, Off the Wild Coast of Brittany by Juliet Blackwell, and Surviving Savannah by Patti Callahan. Find out why you need to read these stories!
In Deadly Cross, though, we get not one…not two…but THREE murders we have to solve before the end of the book! Alex Cross is back in another heart-pounding mystery!
I have to say this is yet another reason why I love Ange Thomas’s writing. She did a great job in bringing back the story of The Hate U Give into Concrete Rose. The storyline is fresh and written in a great way.
I enjoyed the Greek mythology mixed into the YA fantasy. This book’s action is spot on, and the characters do an excellent job of carrying such a bold, strong subject. HOWEVER, I have a few complaints.
After spending a few years researching the world of books, the publication process, and reading hundreds of books, I thought it was the best choice. Deciding on an editor was tricky. I wasn’t sure where to begin in the freelance world.
This is a young adult romance novel for the books. My favorite part of this novel is having two perspectives: one from Fitz and one from Juniper. However, there is one thing I would have changed…
The storyline of the rescue center was my favorite part of Instant Karma. It was so vibrant I thought I was there volunteering. However, I will say this book was a little TOO long…
The storyline of Beautiful Wild was original, which I enjoy. The drawback was I felt at times Vida was a little too obnoxious. It felt like it slowed the plotline, AND I wanted more ROMANCE.
