This post is all about the 18 Best Romcom Books You Have to Read in 2023!
I’m so excited to share some of my favorite romcom books. I admit that romcom books were something I never started reading until last year when my book club picked a romcom for our book of the month pick!
My first romcom was The Unhoneymooners, and it hooked me into the genre! Now, I’m a devout fan of romcom reads. Why? They are funny, light, and keep me turning the pages.
However, there are a lot of romcom books out there, so for readers, it can get overwhelming. Let’s face it just because a book is on the ‘BookTok’ table doesn’t mean it’s the best read. It’s why I put together a list of the 18 best romcom books you have to read in 2023 (according to me).
Carly-Rae’s Favorite Romcom books
Funniest Romcom: The Unhoneymooners
“I literally laughed out loud so many times while reading this book. A hilarious story I couldn’t put down.”
Most Surprising (in a good way): The Last Letter from Your Lover by Jojo Moyes
“This book I found really great. I couldn’t put it down and was enthralled by the two storylines and how they came together in the end.”
Best Cover:The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang
“I love this cover because of all the equations. It’s that little touch that really makes it stand out because it relates to the story!”

It’s his legacy, and Emily’s lighthearted approach to the festival is frustrating for Simon. But the two start to form a bond, and there’s no denying their attraction.
