Okay so I decided tomorrow that I wanted to try a new style in my hair. I stumbled upon this new tutorial of doing a Dutch braid. I admit I’ve never tried it before so please comment your suggestions on if it really is as easy as shown in the tutorial below.
I know how to fishtail braid, but I wanted to try another style of braid. So tomorrow I’m definitely trying this Dutch style of braid.
Fingers-crossed I can do this style. What do you guys think of the Dutch style of braid?
So today I’ve been thinking I might give water marble nail art another try. I tried doing the marble nail art a few months ago and didn’t have much luck. I found it a lot harder than other nail art. I wasn’t sure if I was to leave my nail in the bowl before or after lifting my nail out.
Even when I left it in the water marble art didn’t go on my finger as I had hoped.
I found this tutorial and I’m thinking I should give this another try. What are your thoughts?
I’m trying to decide too what colors would be best for the water marble nail art!
Comment below what you guys think! Watch the tutorial above!
So in honor of Halloween I couldn’t refuse getting the Starbucks Frapula Frap drink today!
I have to tell you if you love sweet drinks you’ll love this for Halloween. It is white mocha with solid chocolate at the bottom and the red is raspberry… basically think of it as a sweet dessert!
I did my new nails in honor of Halloween too (and yes I did them myself)! They are pinterest inspired! I saw the nail art on Pinterest and couldn’t help but give it a try! I have to say I think they turned out good for my first-ever Halloween nails!
So what are you being for Halloween?! Have you tried the Starbucks Frapula drink?! 🙂
It’s National Pumpkin Day and what better way to spend it than in a PUMPKIN PATCH!
I have to admit I am one of those people that absolutely love everything pumpkin! Pumpkin coffee, pumpkin donuts, pumpkin cake… you name I LOVE it!
The first day of October I can’t wait to get a pumpkin coffee and just sit and enjoy the good taste of fall!
I was so happy when I found out it was National Pumpkin Day today because it screams FALL! That means Christmas (my absolute favorite holiday) is right around the corner!
I got to wear my new plaid t-shirt dress I just picked up at Original Piece and look how perfect it went in the pumpkin patch!
I absolutely can’t get enough of National Pumpkin Day!
So because so many of you wrote in and ask here is a closer look at my nails I did for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
AND YES I DID THEM MYSELF!
I’ve been struggling to find a nail salon that does amazing nail art so I decided to do them myself! It took my twenty to thirty minutes (because I had to redo the pink ribbon) but overall the design wasn’t hard at ALL! I LOVE the silver sparkles I chose to incorporate and I think my favorite nail is the ‘HOPE’ one I did where the ‘o’ is a ribbon!
I decided on the design from Pinterest. I incorporated about four designs I really liked into one design and this is how they turned out.
SO what do you guys think? How’d I do doing them myself?!
Have you laughed today?!
Well today at the beach it was the most perfect day with that ocean breeze and simple soft sound of the waves crashing in.
I was so excited to be able to wear my new shirt from Lauren James! As some readers’ might know I’m a huge Lauren James fan! I love their t-shirts that have that simple yet ‘oh-so-cute’ preppy vibe and they are so soft!! I love my new purple one with the design on the back and the pocket in the front! It’s my new ‘go-to’ shirt I wear almost everyday when I need something casual to put on (but still look cute of course!)
I had just got these shorts from American Eagle and wanted something to go with them and I was glad when I opened up this Lauren and James t-shirts because I knew I could make the perfect outfit! 🙂
I also absolutely love their dresses! I can’t wait to get another one!
So comment and let me know what you think of Lauren James! Better yet tell me if you’ve laughed today! 🙂
